AGNES DOMAGALA, DDS

Dr. Agnes Domagala brings more than two decades of experience to Smile MKE, combining advanced clinical care, academic leadership, and a warm, patient-centered approach. She is an Associate Professor at Marquette University School of Dentistry and previously directed its Dental Emergency and Special Care Clinics for 15 years.

Her clinical interests include preventive and restorative dentistry, dental emergencies, TMJ and facial pain, Botox therapy, conscious sedation, and care for patients with complex medical needs, disabilities, or dental anxiety.

Dr. Domagala graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Poland and completed a General Practice Residency and Postgraduate Fellowship at Marquette. Her honors include induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Milwaukee Magazine’s Woman of Distinction recognition, and the 2026 Outstanding Pole in the USA in Science.

Outside dentistry, she enjoys sailing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

EKTA DESAI, DDS

Dr. Ekta Desai is a general dentist who is passionate about providing thoughtful, comprehensive care and helping her patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University, graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2016.

Dr. Desai is deeply committed to lifelong learning and continuing education. She has completed the curriculum at the renowned Kois Center in Seattle, where she received advanced training in comprehensive, evidence-based dentistry.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Desai loves reading, traveling, and exploring new places and experiences. She is also passionate about comedy and performs both improv and stand-up.

NIKI CHAGANI, DDS

Dr. Chagani believes that optimal dental care results from a good dentist and patient relationship, one which is centered around excellent communication. Her mission is to provide excellent care to her patients, focusing on prevention and encouraging healthy smiles. She firmly believes in a conservative treatment philosophy that emphasizes patient comfort and long-term welfare.

As such, she treats the whole person, not just teeth. Dr. Chagani went to school at Boston University and graduated Cum Laude. She also completed and Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Marquette University.

While dentistry and service are Dr. Chagani’s passions, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

DANIEL DOMAGALA, DDS, MS

Dr. Daniel Domagala is a specialist in Prosthodontics, Associate Professor, and founder of Major Dental Clinics. With more than 20 years of experience, he focuses on implants, reconstructive, and esthetic dentistry, helping patients restore function, comfort, and confidence in their smiles.

Dr. Domagala holds a Certificate of Specialty in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science degree in Implant Prosthetics from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Passionate about innovation, he has advanced training in digital dentistry, including 3D design, milling, and printing technologies. His academic and research accomplishments include the Marquette Graduate Prosthodontics Scholarship, Marquette Research Day Award, and American Prosthodontics Society Award. His dental implant research was supported by the Tylman Grant and received the Tylman First Prize Award. Committed to excellence in patient care, Dr. Domagala continuously advances his expertise to provide innovative solutions and create natural-looking, functional, and lasting smiles.
